• We represent multiple carriers. As an independent agent, we may represent multiple insurance companies. We will disclose which carrier's products we are quoting
• Licensing. Our agents are licensed in Utah. We may also hold non-resident licenses in other states. We will only solicit, negotiate, or sell insurance in states where we are properly licensed

SMS Text Message Terms

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our quote request form, you agree to the following SMS program terms:

Opt-In: You opt in to our SMS program by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website quote request form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and requires your deliberate selection. Submitting the form without checking the box will not enroll you in SMS communications.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text and no further SMS messages will be sent to you.

Re-Subscribe: To restart SMS communications after opting out, reply START to our last message or contact us directly.

Consent is Not a Condition of Purchase: Your consent to receive SMS messages is never required to obtain a quote, submit an application, or purchase an insurance policy from Desert Valley Risk Advisors.
